The land parcel is located at the new area of west town in Jiangyang District, which the direction of north,east and south adjacent to planning road. The terrain uplift westward step-by-step, having steep slope, obvious elevation difference, that is a typical mountainous topography. In consideration of the settle for the project, we plan the centralized courtyard landscape, organize the traffic lines legitimately,to create a comfortable and high-quality living environment.
The design adopts the integrated methods of “mountain, water, people, culture”,mountain lying building,that use of the rolling topography of the original terrain rationally.Using the element of water flexibly,to create water features of different shape and dynamic form,at the same time, combined with the hills and water perfectly by creating the natural woodland and open space of lawn. Through excavating the local historical and cultural resources, making the cultural characteristics into the construction of the project,to enhance the human temperament,so that the users can get a strong sense of identity and belonging in daily life.
本地塊位于江陽區(qū)城西新區(qū)，地塊北側(cè)、東側(cè)及南側(cè)均臨規(guī)劃道路地勢向西逐級抬升，有陡坡，有明顯高差，為典型的山地地形。充分考慮項目的安居，打造舒適高品質(zhì)的生活環(huán)境，集中規(guī)劃中庭大景觀，合理組織交通流線。
在設計中采用“山、水、人、文”相結(jié)合的設計思想，因地就勢，合理利用原有地形的起伏變化，靈活運用水元素，打造出不同形態(tài)和動感的水景形式，同時通過營造自然的林地與草坪開放空間，將山與水完美的結(jié)合在一起。通過挖掘當?shù)氐臍v史文化資源，將人文特色融入項目的建設之中，提升場地中的人文氣質(zhì)，讓使用者在居住生活中獲得強烈的認同感與歸屬感。
