In the concrete design, taking into account the unity of landscape and architectural style, the style of the landscape is Art-Deco style too. We adopt the the French romantic tone of the simple European style as the main style. And the multi-layer platform, prominent axis and open pools and canals and so on are also be connected with the existing terrain, landscape layout and so on.
　　方案設計的靈感來源為抽象的河流，多元素融會貫通，相輔相成，并以曲線的設計形式形成一條抽象的景觀“河流”，在流動中尋求靜謐的休憩之所，打造舒適安逸的人居場所。
　　在進行具體的方案設計時，考慮到景觀與建筑風格的相統一，基于建筑整體采用Art-Deco(新古典主義)的風格，景觀設計的整體基調為了與其融合，采取了以法蘭西浪漫風情為主調的簡歐風格。而法式園林所具有的以多層臺地為主、突出的中軸線和開闊的水池和水渠等特點，與場地現有的地形條件、景觀格局等也高度融合。
