　　設計以“中國結(jié)”作為中心思想，在市政廣場中貫徹“合江結(jié)“、“人文結(jié)”、“生態(tài)結(jié)”三大主旨，強調(diào)廣場的運動、聚會及交流功能，并以人在廣場中心的感觀作為中國結(jié)的設計出發(fā)點，向東西兩側(cè)延伸文化合江和生態(tài)合江，力求營造以地方文脈為根，以人為本，和諧生態(tài)的城市市政廣場。
