The Bozhou Cultural Plaza located in the historical and cultural city of Zunyi,covers an area of 32,979.4 square meters.The base position in the core area of Zunyi County,according to the status of land around the venue, existing construction, landscape layout and zoning,the project identified "one ribbon,one center, two-axis,four functional areas " as framework, mainly to build the center square and two public events entrance landscape axis, and in accordance with architectural space to create leisure activities space and style commercial venues.
As "City return to nature, ecological integration into the city" of the ecological concept for the dominant ideology,use the scientific analysis to distribute cultural landscape resources, natural landscape resources with the public tourist and fitness, leisurely entertainment rationally, highlighting the urban public space and landscape features, creating urban green leisure space with good ecological environment.
To take fully use of regional advantages of the project and meet the functional requirements of diverse projects, the design of the project hopes to make a core space of the urban integrated natural, cultural, entertainment and living as one.By the design and construction of Bozhou Cultural Plaza,to create a beautiful Back Garden of the City, presenting a new public stage for people's lives,creating new landscape that ecological ,cultural and architectural unified harmoniously,expanding the city's new image includes culture,relaxation, recreation and consumption.
播州文化廣場位于歷史文化名城遵義，占地面積32979.4平方米。基地位置處于遵義縣核心區(qū)域，根據(jù)場地四周用地現(xiàn)狀以及場地內(nèi)建筑、景觀的布局和分區(qū)，將項目確定為“一帶一心、兩軸四區(qū)”的結(jié)構(gòu)框架，主要打造中心市民活動廣場和兩條入口景觀軸線，并依據(jù)建筑空間營造休閑活動場地和仿古商業(yè)街。
以“城市回歸自然、生態(tài)溶入城市”的生態(tài)理念為主導(dǎo)思想，將人文景觀資源、自然景觀資源與市民的游賞健身、休閑娛樂等需求進(jìn)行科學(xué)分析、合理布局，突出城市公共空間的文化和景觀特色，創(chuàng)造具有良好生態(tài)環(huán)境的城市綠色休閑空間。
為充分利用項目的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢，并滿足項目多樣化的功能需求，設(shè)計希望將該項目打造成集自然、文化、娛樂、生活為一體的城市核心空間。通過播州文化廣場的設(shè)計建設(shè)，營造優(yōu)美游憩空間的城市后花園，呈現(xiàn)遵義市民生活的公共活動新舞臺，打造生態(tài)文化建筑和諧統(tǒng)一的新景觀，拓展文化休閑娛樂消費(fèi)的城市新名片。
